VSPA is pleased to offer members some oft requested recruiting materials you can print out and put to good use in your own community. These flyers and info can be placed in military hangouts, displayed at parades and veterans’ gatherings, set out at aircraft museums, handed out to potential recruits … and so on. Let your imagination help you pick places where they could be displayed and we can reach out to our brothers.
When possible, it is always better to acCO these materials with a person who can answer questions, so think in terms of a staffed-table at public events.
One flyer is one-sided only and designed to sit flat on a table. There’s contact information on it for our VSPA Membership Chair, and a space for you to write in information for a local contact person (YOU!).
The other flyer is two-sided, works well folded into thirds, and fits easily in a brochure rack. You can also display the flyer’s inside as a flat display on a table or bulletin board, along with the one-sided flyer.
And of course, there is the tried and true method of recruiting by handing out copies to likely recruits! Take a copy or two to any veterans’ event you attend…you never know when you will meet a fellow x-sky cop.
Please remember that if you use these, you’re representing our whole Brotherhood, so print them clearly and on good paper. Also have a stock of VSPA applications with you whenever you give these fliers out.
