At Da Nang, the Central Security Control (CSC)  Radio Operator would give a "India Poppa Tango Alpha"  radio message at the end of each Tiger  Flight shift. Tiger Flight was the usual name for the shift that worked the hours of darkness. This message was the military phonetic alphabet for the letters I, P, T, and A. This was short for "It's Party Time Again". 

Celebrating each sunrise seemed the sensible thing to do in Viet Nam. You were another day older and one day closer to rotating to the world (as we called home).  We returned our dogs to the kennels , had breakfast at the chow hall, and then it was party time. 

I never thought of us as being rowdy! Well, maybe the politically correct thing to say would be state that we were disciplinary challenged.  I like the term "disciplinary challenged". 

That sounds better, I would much rather that than be known as a rowdy youth.  

But, dog handlers do know how to party!
