Korean War - Air Police

VSPA is compiling the history and heritage of Air / Security Police during the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Nevertheless, we too must remember that others walked the walk before us: The First Air Police to serve in war. And because we do remember, we want you to know what Air Police accomplished during the Korean War--the forgotten war. Here are four good reasons to remember:

Korean War Dead: 54,246 Korean War WIA: 103,284 Korean War Captured: 7,149=0 Korean War MIA: 8,177
Although five Air Police are known to have died in the Korean War, Veterans of the war believe the total may be 9.
