How to obtain a Membership, or Life
Membership* Application:
Current VSPA Members in good standing:
E-mail VSPA Treasurer, Richard Garcia, and he will confirm you are a member in good standing and
advise you what your VSPA Life Membership Dues will be. If your regular
membership dues were recently paid, Richard will tell you if you are
eligible to apply all or part of that amount toward Life Membership
dues. Write a personal check, or obtain a money order, for the correct
amount, and mail it to:

Renewing VSPA Members:
The same above instructions apply
as for a current member. Membership Chairman Bill Marshall will advise you if your records
are not on file and if it is necessary to complete a new application
(see "New VSPA Applicants" below).
New VSPA Applicants:
A first-time applicant may obtain
a Membership or Life Membership Application in two ways:
1. Visit How
To Join and print out an Application, or
2. Request an Application by Email
to Membership Chairman Bill Marshall.
Complete the Applicantion carefully,
and follow all instructions. Note on the form that you are applying
for Life Membership (LM), and your age and Date of Birth. Dues are
based on the above table and your age on the date you mail the application.
Write
a personal check, or obtain a money order, for the correct amount,
and mail it to:

Member candidate must meet all the requirements of a VSPA Member applicant,
as stated at How To
Join. A new applicant may apply for Life Membership when first submitting
a membership applicantion, and upon complying with all membership requirements.
Although no veteran will be denied VSPA membership if money for dues
is a problem, Life Membership requires a monetary committment or approval
of the VSPA Board.
